It’s all about the taste!! Each scoop is handmade without the help of machines and in small batches by 2 passionate chefs that enjoy using what we call “real honest ingredients”.
We love using suppliers that are local and showcase the delicious produce that Sussex has to offer. The double cream is from a local family dairy farm, the English strawberries and raspberries are grown in Sussex and this all means great taste for you and great news for the environment too!
We never use any artificial flavourings, colourings or any ingredients you don’t recognise. With 15 Great Taste Awards including 10 Gold Stars you can be sure you and your guests will love every scoop we serve.

Vegan options - All of our sorbets apart from Apple & Basil are suitable as a vegan option.
Avoiding Gluten - Biscoff, Sussex Gingerbread and Mince Pie are the only options that are unsuitable for avoiding Gluten.
Dairy/Lactose free - All sorbets are suitable for those that are avoiding dairy/lactose.
